Objective: Long-term capital growth

Under normal conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in securities of large capitalization companies. The fund may invest without limit in securities of U.S. companies and of foreign companies that are listed or traded in the U.S., but does not invest more than 10% of its assets in other foreign securities. This fund is subadvised by Oppenheimer Funds, Inc., an unaffiliated investment management firm.
