The fund normally invests primarily in common stocks and normally invests 80% of its net assets in securities of companies with large market capitalizations (which, for purposes of this fund, are those companies with market capitalizations similar to companies in the Russell 1000® Index or the Standard & Poor's 500 Index). The fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in foreign securities (not including American Depositary Receipts, American Depositary Shares or U.S. dollar denominated securities of foreign issuers). This fund is subadvised by Wellington Management Company, LLP, an unaffiliated investment management firm.
